Selected candidates shall take admission at the appointed time and date in the College after paying the tuition fee and other fees to be paid failing which the offer of admission will be cancelled. The fee to be paid at the time of admission is as given in the next page.
Tution Fee Waiver Scheme
5% seats of total intake will be filled under tuition fee waiver scheme over and above the sanctioned intake. The above seats will be filled up by government. Students whose family income is below 4.5 lakhs are eligible for admission under this scheme on merit basis. In addition, Management offers full tuition fee waiver for students securing Entrance Rank up to 5000.
Following original certificates have to be produced at the time of admission.Students are requested to have necessary photocopies of all certificates before submitting the same to the office at the time of admission.
I. Mark list and pass certificate (where applicable) of Plus 2 / Degree or equivalent in original.
II. SSLC / Secondary Examination Certificate in original for age proof with one attested copy.
III. Physical Fitness Certificate in the format provided in the CEE prospectus.
IV. Transfer Certificate in original from the Institution last studied.
V. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied.
VI. Admit Card of Entrance Examination in original.
VII. Result sheet of the Entrance Examination - 2015
VIII. Four passport size (colour) photographs.
IX. Migration Certificate in original for students other than those who passed Karnataka Board
X. Eligibility Certificate from Karnataka Board for students other than those who passed Karnataka Plus 2, CBSE, ICSE.
XI. Community / Income Certificate in original for candidates allotted by Commissioner for Entrance Examination in SC / ST / OEC categories.
XII. Candidates who are selected for Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme have to produce the original certificates stating income / physically handicapped.
Refund and adjustment of Fee (B.E)
If a candidate leaves the college after taking admission, he / she will be liable for forfeiture of the fees paid and also will be liable to pay liquidated damages as per thenorms.
Redressal of Grievances
Any grievances / complaints regarding selection and admission can be brought to the notice of the Director, YDIT within 24 hours of occurrence of the grievance.
Caution Against Ragging
Ragging / any type of misconduct towards any student either in the college campus or outside will be considered as criminal offence and will be immediately reported to the Police. Perpetrators will not be permitted to continue studies. The Court Orders related to this subject will be strictly followed. No case of ragging has been reported in this college during the last academic year.
